One of the responsibilities of the Insurance Agency of the Republika Srpska is to protect the interests of consumers in insurance and preserve trust in the insurance sector. In this connection, public opinion education was organized on the role and importance of the Ombudsman in insurance. The insurance ombudsman has a key role in protecting consumers and improving the quality of services in the insurance sector. Through education of public opinion on the role and importance of the Ombudsman, the goal is to increase citizens’ awareness of their rights and the methods they can use to resolve disputes in the field of insurance.
